Venue Rental Regulations

■ If there is a need to attach posters or promotional materials to the walls in the meeting rooms or public areas during the event, please consult with the restaurant.The restaurant will provide appropriate signage for posting. It is strictly prohibited to attach, paste, nail, or hang anything on the building’s surface without informing the customer service staff in advance. If any damage occurs to the building, the renting party will be responsible for restoring it to its original condition or compensating ten times the cost.

■ The volume of activities in each venue should not interfere with other events. If the regulations are violated and warnings are not heeded, the restaurant reserves the right to immediately terminate the event, and no refunds will be provided.

■ All decorations for the rented venue must be limited to the designated rental area and the public areas specified by the hotel.Unauthorized placement of items that may obstruct the rights of other users is strictly prohibited. Additionally, distributing promotional materials and conducting sales activities in the hotel's public areas are not allowed.

■ The use of special effects such as firecrackers, explosions, confetti, glitter, spray adhesives, smoke, fireworks, candles, etc., is strictly prohibited within this conference center. If the renter uses any of these without permission, they will be responsible for the cleaning.In the event of any accidents, the renter will be fully liable for any compensation.

■ The renter must ensure that the use of each venue ends within the approved time frame. If an extension is required, prior approval from the restaurant is necessary.

■ The operation of air conditioning, lighting, mechanical equipment, and audiovisual equipment by anyone other than the restaurant, hotel engineering staff, or contracted vendors is strictly prohibited.

■ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the restaurant, hotel, and all public areas.

■ The renter and their contractors or vendors should, as needed, secure relevant insurance coverage. Any property damage, personal injury, or negative impact on other venues' meetings or events during construction or activities will be fully the responsibility of the renter.

■ It is strictly prohibited for the restaurant to present or display products with false country-of-origin labels, false advertising, counterfeit trademarks, or products that infringe on others' patents at any conference or exhibition held at this center. Additionally, any reproduction, public performance, public broadcasting, screening, or public transmission of copyrighted works without the consent or authorization of the copyright owner is also prohibited.In the event of any violation, the renter shall bear full legal responsibility (and is required to ensure that their contractors or cooperating sponsors comply with these rules). Furthermore, the center reserves the right to terminate the conference or exhibition, and any fees paid will not be refunded. Should the center be sued or incur any damages as a result, the renter shall be fully responsible for all compensation.

■ If, during the rental period (including entry and exit), any protest or disturbance caused by debts, personal grudges, or private disputes affects the proceedings of the conference, and the renter is unable to address the situation immediately and effectively, the center reserves the right to suspend the conference or event. Any fees paid will not be refunded. If the center becomes involved in a lawsuit or incurs any other damages as a result, the renter will be fully responsible for all compensation.

■ Any matters not covered by these regulations are subject to change at the discretion of the restaurant at any time.

■ The revised regulations of the restaurant will be effective from January 1, 2024.

Rent and other expenses

■ The renter must strictly adhere to the scheduled usage time. If the rental time is exceeded and it impacts the next event, the lessor has the right to request the renter to immediately cease the activity. Additionally, the renter shall be responsible for any loss of rights for the next rental period.

■ The calculation for the overtime charges is as follows: ●Within 30 minutes, a fee of 1/4 of the venue's scheduled rate will be charged. ●Exceeding 30 minutes but less than 120 minutes, a fee of 1/2 of the venue's scheduled rate will be charged. ●Exceeding 121 minutes, the full venue's scheduled rate will be charged.However, overtime rental is only allowed if the next time slot is not in use.Starting from 10:00 PM, a fee of NT$5,000 per 30 minutes will be charged. The lessor reserves the right to make the final rental decision.
